Recipes How to Make Tempe The Crunchy Chips


Tempe Chips Ingredients:
tempe chips Tempe soy Box, 300 adequately

gr rice flour 150 gr tapioca flour 1 btr

Chicken eggs 500 g Water

Cooking oil Seasoning
fine:

10 gr 50 gr Coriander Pecan

8 gr salt 50 gr onion
5 gr white orange leaves

How to make Tempe Chips:

  1. layer: Mix the rice flour, flour tapioca, chicken eggs, ground spices until blended. Pour a little water while stirring until blended, set aside.
  2. Cut / tempeh slices with a thickness of approximately 0.5 mm - 1 mm. Heat oil over medium heat. Dip each sheet tempe in the batter coating, remove and drain. Fry until dry and yellow brown. Remove, drain and let cool.
