Tofu Recipes Kupat Magelang

  • 250gr peanuts, fried
  • 100g brown sugar kencur

  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt to taste lime juice to taste

Sambal :

20 pieces of cayenne pepper, mix mashed with salt.

How to Make:

1. Peanut puree, brown sugar, and garlic fried kencur using a blender.
