Here are ways to Make Stew Snapper ala Padang cuisine:
Ingredients:
- 1 tail snapper that had been cleaned 300 cc coconut milk 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed 1 vertebra galangal, Mashed 2 lbr lime leaves
fine Seasoning:
- 6 spring onions 4 seeds pecan 1 vertebra turmeric 1 vertebra ginger.
How to make it:
- spices sautéed with lemongrass, galangal, and leaves orange. Once fragrant add the coconut milk. Wait until boiling and then allow it to enter the fish sauce slightly thickened. Remove and serve.
